For the past 30+ years, I have been studying, developing strategies and practicing how to truly live a happy life. I have played many roles: a daughter, a sister, a friend, a wife, a mother of four girls, and a teacher. One of my most critical responsibilities, however, has been as a caregiver to family members with physical and mental health struggles—an experience that has taught me how important it is for caregivers to receive support as well. Through all of this, I’ve gained invaluable insights into the complexities of life, the importance of connection and the power of simple strategies for creating calm amidst the chaos. With a deep commitment to helping others find more joy, ease, and balance in their daily lives, I’ve transitioned my passion for guiding others through personalized 1-on-1 counseling, as well as group speaking engagements.
I hold a BA in Psychology from Gettysburg College and an MA in Counseling from The College of New Jersey, and I’ve developed a toolkit of practical, easy-to-implement strategies to help people navigate life’s challenges with more clarity and peace of mind. Whether through my experiences in education or my journey as a mother, I have learned that small, intentional shifts can make a world of difference in how we show up for ourselves and others.
I look forward to sharing these strategies with you and partnering with you on your path toward a more centered and fulfilling life.
